Rhett McLane | Alair Homes
Rhett Mclane is the owner of Alair Homes Saskatoon. Looking back on the experiences gained throughout the last 15 years has prepared Rhett to own his own construction company here in Saskatoon. Growing up on the family farm in Central Saskatchewan, Rhett learned the value of hard work and planning. He expanded on those values as he played professional football with the Edmonton Eskimos, culminating with a Grey Cup Championship in 2005. Rhett believes that the lessons learned on the football field directly correlate with construction. Having a game plan in place and the ability to follow that plan are both important aspects and can both be applied to the football field and to the jobsite. With a background in both commercial and residential construction, Rhett has gained valuable experiences on many different projects. Rhett draws on those experiences when applying the Alair process to a particular project. The projects might be different, but the process does not change from jobsite to jobsite.
